Rare vintage authentic Spiral pompon Yves Saint Laurent brooch pendant in excellent condition for a vintage brooch pendant that is also Large in size . I added a gold plated necklace with red Agate from the French brand Colorstone that I found beautiful with it . The brooch pendant measures approximately 12 cm .
