Vintage Yves Saint Laurent heart pin with crystals ,  in excellent condition and signed at the back . The closing button lost  its color with time . A classic design that is ever lasting and has been made as bracelets, earrings, necklaces and brooches . Nearly 3 cm is the measurement .
