YSL Heart Solid Vintage Opium Perfume Pendant Necklace

Vintage YSL satin cord necklace with solid perfume inside the pendant ( old unusable perfume ) . Old gold color pendant that comes with a silver , purple or orange heart variety . Here we have the purple one worn . 
Some of the pouches have some spots due to time . Nearly new and perfect but still a vintage item .
