Vintage Yves Saint Laurent Double Heart Scarf Holder

Vintage 90’s refurbished with 18KG . The scarf holder can be worn as a pendant as shown in the pictures, it comes with a suede leather necklace not specifically the one in the pictures or with a black satin cord necklace . A beautiful double heart design.
