A beautiful and rare vintage Yves Saint Laurent pendant, originally part of a different necklace, now elegantly mounted on a black leather YSL Parfums cord. The pendant features a heart shaped seashell design with rose gold plated solid silver hoops. It shows gentle signs of age and a small, slightly visible chip that adds to its authentic rustic vintage charm.
